Pauscollege (Pope’s College)
This college for theology students was founded in 1523 by Pope Adrian VI, a former professor of the university.
In 1776 the college was rebuilt in classical style.
Ten years later Joseph II moved the Seminary General to this college and from 1825 to 1830 it was used as the Philosophy College of William I.
Today it still houses students.
