General conditions

Your booking must be received by Tourism Leuven at least three weeks before your planned weekend visit.
You should pay by bank transfer to Tourism Leuven's account no less than 10 days before the date of your stay. You bear any bank charges.
A deposit of 10% of the total amount is required on bookings for 10 or more people in order to guarantee the reservation.
You pay an administration charge of € 5 per change.
You can make a maximum of two changes to the programme or the number of participants up to two weeks before your planned weekend package.

Cancellation

If you cancel your weekend package, Tourism Leuven will make a cancellation charge. These charges are:

€ 25.00 up to seven days before your planned visit to Leuven;
half of the total amount (50%) between the sixth and third days before your planned visit to Leuven;
the total amount (100%) when you cancel one or two days before your planned visit to Leuven.
