Structural works

Which works have been completed?

Archaeology Vrijthof

We are carrying out an archaeological study in the inner garden of the Vrijthof. During this work, we found remains of a medieval stone house.

Preparatory works

To prepare for the major works, we conduct surveys, trial cleanings, and trial restorations. We clear out the sculpture attic and store the paintings. For the restoration, we place a large construction crane on the Vrijthof.

Restoration of the historic salons

We have restored the historic salons. These works have now been completed.

    Temporary closure of town hall. Tourist reception, the city council , official receptions and weddings are moving.
